Nearby Accommodations: Upon investigating several Sea World-adjacent hotels recommended to us by park personnel and others -- including the Renaissance, the Clarion, the Peabody, the Radison, and Sheraton World -- we couldn't find any that will accommodate pets (not counting pets of the disability-aiding variety). However, since Universal Studios is only about ten minutes from Sea World, the DAYS INN listed above still looks like a good bet. The Final Rankings Are In. So there you have it: four theme parks that feature giant-sized, jungle-sized, and human-sized animals, none of which let pets inside. And all of which have kennels. Who's the best of the bunch? It depends what you're looking for. If it's the best deal, then look no further than Busch Gardens, with the lowest adult single-day admission price and free kennels. For the most economical performance by a park with air-conditioned kennels, the prize goes to Sea World. And although we haven't personally seen the kennels at Walt Disney World, it's likely that they dominate the luxury category. Certainly, putting your pet in a theme-park kennel is far from the ideal vacationing experience. But if it's just one day out of your trip, then it's probably forgivable. And thanks to the services of pet-friendly hotels like the ones above, you can spend the rest of your vacation making it up to him.
